FEAST on This #1: Fish Tacos from Tacofino

“Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you Tacofino’s fish taco is better.”

We’re pretty sure that’s what Brillat-Savarin MEANT to say.  And that’s because Tacofino’s ling-cod fish tacos are some of the best things either of us have ever eaten.  Their East Hastings eatery is filled with an impressive, wiry sculpture, with trucks in Vancouver and – unsurprisingly – in Tofino.

These are the last things we ate before leaving on #FEAST, and just might be the first things we eat when we return.
